I am just back from London Fashion Week and I literally had the best time ever. The glamour and the style never ceases to amaze me and I loved every minute of it!
When I moved to a plant based diet there was so much I had to learn about cooking.
Towards the end of 2016 I was working for UTV Ireland doing weekly fashion segments on The Pulse and I had an instinct that it wasn't going to last forever.
Working for myself and managing multiple projects at a time means I can easily get very frazzled. I love what I do but structuring something creative is tricky.
