Bow and Pearl…
One of my favourite recent enough finds is Bow and Pearl in Ranelagh. It is the most gorgeous mix of great jeans, cute dresses and interesting and reasonable accessories. I was lucky enough to be asked to do a profile shoot in The Gloss for next month’s issue and I wanted a really special dress. I was going through all my usual shops and nothing was jumping out. I gave Bronagh the owner of Bow and Pearl a quick email and the next day I went in. She picked me out the most beautiful dress. Think Carrie Bradshaw on a very, very good day.. boho, fairy-esque and perfectly fitting!

Aside from being a really good album I always thought the cover for Vampire Weekend’s second CD was cool. Apparently the girl featured didn’t give her consent at all and was annoyed when it came out. Vanity Fair did a good little follow up with her here and chartered her other modeling successes.
I really, really love the sentiment and video that goes with this song. I could begin to ramble about my Summer holidays but to sum it up, they weren’t quite like this.. This is the ideal.. x
I am a little bit in love with Miranda Kerr. She seems like such a spiritual, kind person who is also incredibly successful and a wonderful role model. And I am so pleased now that she has a blog.
