I've Written My first Vegan cookBook!
As most of you all know I have been vegan for nearly 4 years at this stage.
I was motivated for environmental and animal welfare concerns which I have written in detail about >here<
It's been an amazing few years of figuring things out and most importantly learning and educating myself as much as possible. To date I have completed
Raw food mastery with the Life change Institute
Plantlab Raw Dessert Fundamentals - California
Vegan Chef Training and wellness leadership with the Wild Food Cafe in London
and become Certified in Plant Based Nutrition - Cornell University.
I enjoy the food I eat every single day, I know how to shop, create recipies I love to share with friends and family and I truly feel I have something of value to share with you all.
I started working on my first cookbook Vegan-ish over a year ago and I am so grateful to Gill Books for making this happen. I am so happy with every element of the book - from the design, the photography and layout, to the fact that it's printed on sustainably sourced paper.
